Our clients sit back and relax whilst we transform their grass into a lush lawn, garden beds from weeds to flowers and give their yard an overall burst of life leaving their home or workplace as a private oasis. That we regularly maintain so they can focus on the important things in their life.
Daniel Founded DPH in September 2018. He started out with a mower, a snipper, a blower and the tools that he had acquired from his own home renovations over the years. With $200 in his bank account Dan knew this business had to work now or the dream of owning his own lawn care business would be buried in the day to day living of life.
Our clients could see that Dans passion and desire to create a successful family run local business was strong. There was a fire burning within him and within the first month of being in business DPH was already booking out weeks in advance and to this day continue to maintain a regular clientele base that currently service well over 300 clients.
As Daniel and DPH continued to grow at a rapid rate he upgraded all the equipment and vehicles and has a huge repertoire of Lawn Care & Yard Maintenance Equipment to service all our clients needs. In December 2018 a mere 2 months in business we welcomed our first worker and have continued to welcome some amazing locals to our team since.
In 2020 we decided to shift our business further towards Lawn Care and started to build regular mowing runs both local and in our surrounding suburbs. Whilst we were still servicing our clients with Maintenance jobs our passion for lawns really started to shine through. Our community wholeheartedly supported the shift bringing us to our next phase of entrepreneurship.
In December 2021 we could see that our books were overflowing and we needed to step into the next phase of our business. We brought our goal of one day having DPH Franchises forward and in February 2022 we welcomed our first Franchisee, Brad, to the team. This saw him take over our regular residential clients whilst Dan focused more on Acreage and Commercial.
As we continue to grow we look to welcome more franchises to the DPH Team. Daniel will also be offering 1:1 Mentoring Sessions, Coaching Services and Digital Courses / Documents to help you navigate the journey into running a successful Lawn Care Business. And for our clients we will continue to service you guys and create online content to help you achieve the Lawn of Your Dreams.
